The editors of Witness the Arctic and Witness Community Highlights invite suggestions for articles on Arctic sciences and related topics for issues to be published during Spring 2019.
Witness the Arctic serves an audience of Arctic scientists, educators, agency personnel, and policy makers and provides information on current Arctic research efforts and findings, significant research initiatives, science education, national policy affecting Arctic research, and related international activities.
Witness Community Highlights complements the regular publications of Witness the Arctic and highlights one to two Arctic research efforts and other timely items of interest to our readers. Community Highlights is distributed monthly via our Witness the Arctic mailing list of over 8,800 subscribers.
The Arctic Research Consortium of the United States (ARCUS) publishes these newsletters with funding from NSF's Arctic Sciences Section.
Editors invite suggestions for news items appropriate for these publications and relevant to their audience. Articles should provide information of interest to a broad cross-section of the Arctic and climate change research community. Editors will work with individuals to develop articles based on the suggestions received.
