The Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) announces the availability of community meeting space during the fall meeting of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), to be held 10-14 December 2018 in Washington, D.C. Meeting space is available, by reservation, in rooms Duke I and Duke II of the Cambria Hotel Washington, D.C. Convention Center (899 O St. NW, Washington, D.C.).

The Arctic Community Meeting Rooms are hosted by ARCUS to encourage collaboration and to facilitate face-to-face meetings of opportunity, and is funded by the National Science Foundation's Division of Polar Programs. Meeting space is available in one- to two-hour blocks for groups working on Arctic research and/or education activities.

Basic audio/visual equipment will be available in both meeting rooms. Catering options are also available at the expense of individual meeting organizers, and orders may be placed through ARCUS. Catering menus will be provided upon request.
