AGU Meeting Room Request

The Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) announces the availability of two community meeting rooms at the fall meeting of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), to be held 10-14 December 2018 in Washington, D.C. Meeting rooms will be available Monday, 10 December through Friday, 14 December for reservations. These meeting rooms, Duke 1 and Duke 2, will be located at the Cambria Hotel Washington, D.C. Convention Center (899 O Street NW, Washington, DC, 20001). Reservations of up to two-hour time blocks will be available. Duke 1 can accommodate up to 50 participants. Duke 2 can accommodate up to 30 participants.

The community meeting rooms are available free of charge and includes the use of a projector, podium, podium microphone, hotel wireless, and a presentation computer, if needed. Additional audio/visual equipment may be requested at the expense of the meeting organizers, such as a conference speakerphone or a hardwired Ethernet connection.

Catering options are available and orders may be placed through ARCUS. Meeting organizers are responsible for all catering costs. Menus will be available upon request.
