AGU Meeting Room Request

The Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) announces the availability of two community meeting rooms at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting, to be held 9-13 December 2019 in San Francisco, CA. Meeting rooms will be available Monday, 9 December through mid-day Friday, 13 December for reservations. These meeting rooms, Monterey I and Monterey II, will be located at the Hotel Nikko (222 Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94102). Reservations of up to two-hour time blocks will be available. Monterey I can accommodate up to 60 participants. Monterey II can accommodate up to 30 participants.

The community meeting rooms are available free of charge. Technology available in Monterey I will include the use of a projector, podium, podium microphone, wifi, polycom phone, and a presentation computer, if needed. Monterey II will include a projector and polycom phone. Meeting organizers are responsible for all costs associated with use of the polycom phones.

Catering options are available and orders may be placed through ARCUS. Meeting organizers are responsible for all catering costs. Menus will be available upon request.
