The National Park Service is accepting proposals for funding under its
Shared Beringian Heritage Program. Projects may be community or
scientific related and funds are provided only to American
organizations. Deadline for submission is November 1, 2002.
The Shared Beringian Heritage Program of the National Park Service is an
international program that unites American and Russian Natives,
scientists, land managers, conservationists and other interested parties
in promoting the protection, understanding and enjoyment of the common
heritage of the Beringia region.
