The Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee (IARPC) announce the new webpage featuring planned research vessel movements for the 2022 research season.
Each spring, summer, and fall, numerous research vessels travel through Alaska and Arctic waters. IARPC, federal agencies, and the Alaska Ocean Observing System (AOOS) have compiled planned research expedition dates, planned routes, and research goals for 2022. This information is now available on the IARPC Collaborations website to assist researchers in coordinating activities and communities in communicating with vessels and researchers.
