In 2022, we hosted 16 meetings with 200 participants.
Meeting space for groups working on Arctic research and science education planning activities were available for use by appointment during the Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union (AGU). This space was provided by the Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) to encourage scientific collaboration and to facilitate face-to-face meetings of opportunity, and was funded by the National Science Foundation's Division of Polar Programs.
Navigating to the Meeting Rooms:
The meeting rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the Hiltons at McCormick Place hotel complex (123 E Cermak Rd, Chicago, IL 60616), near the indoor skyway to the convention center. If you are in the center of the convention center, follow the signs to the WEST building and the bridge is in the North West corner.
