Trust Development in Isolated, Confined, and Extreme Teams

An international team of psychology researchers, led by doctoral student Andres Käosaar (University of Central Florida), is seeking participants for a study on trust development in isolated, confined, and extreme teams. Participants must be 18 years or older and have spent at least two consequent weeks in a polar region since the 1 June 2021.
The study is in two phases with each phase taking approximately 10 minutes. The second survey will be sent one week after filling in the first one.
Based on the findings of the study, the research team will send out a final report to participants with lessons learned and practical recommendations for improving teamwork in polar environments.
