The Svalbard Integrated Arctic Earth Observing System (SIOS) invites registration for their Conference on Earth Observation and Remote Sensing Applications in Svalbard. This online conference will take place 12-14 October 2022.
The conference will be conducted over three days, consisting of around 40 talks with six keynote/invited speakers, more than 14 presentations by early career researchers, and an open Remote Sensing Working Group (RSWG) meeting.
The conference aims to:
- promote the work of PhD students, postdocs, researchers, senior scientists, and academics who are actively contributing to the science of Svalbard; and
- review the state-of-the-art Earth observation and remote sensing applications in Svalbard.
Registration is free, but required for attendance. Once registered, participants will receive information for joining the Zoom platform.
