International Partnerships in Ice Core Sciences (IPICS) 2026 Open Science Conference ❄️
The next IPICS Open Science Conference will take place in Banff, Canada, October 11–16, 2026. The meeting will bring together the international ice core community to explore the past, present, and future of our planet through ice.
The conference will highlight:
- 🌍 New discoveries from ice core research
- 🤝 International partnerships and collaboration
- 💡 Innovative approaches to understanding global change
On October 11, 2026, the Ice Core Young Scientists (ICYS) will also host an Early Career Researcher workshop at the Banff Centre—providing opportunities to connect, collaborate, and launch the week.
