Organizers invite abstracts for the Arctic Frontiers 2023: Moving North conference. This hybrid conference will take place 30 January – 2 February 2023 in Tromsø, Norway and online.
The key topics of Arctic Frontiers 2023 will reflect transformation, modelling, adaptation, and development in the rapidly changing global landscape. Furthermore, business development in viable industries and Arctic health will be featured, due to their relevance with the concept of "moving north". While looking at both the long-term and short-term impacts of the environmental, humanitarian, and economic crises, looking for potential solutions will be a key driver of the Arctic Frontiers 2023: Moving North conference.
Science sessions welcoming abstracts include:
- Occupational health and safety in the Arctic;
- City transformation by and for citizens using digital technologies and visualization;
- Modelling and monitoring challenges to maritime safety in a changing Arctic;
