The Center for Arctic Policy Studies (CAPS) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) invites registration for a webinar entitled, The Future of Arctic Seaways. This webinar will be held 28 April 2020 at 10:00 a.m. AKDT.
In a 30-minute presentation followed by a questions and answer and discussion period, Dr. Brandon Boylan (Associate Professor of Political Science, University of Alaska Fairbanks) and Dustin Elsberry (Undergraduate Research Assistant, Center for Arctic Policy Studies, UAF) discuss their recent jointly-authored CAPS report on the implications of maritime traffic in the Arctic for international cooperation and security.
