The International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) invites attendance at their Information Session and Working Group Member Meet-up. This meeting will convene 4:00-5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, 12 December 2019 in the Monterey II room at Hotel Nikko (222 Mason St) in San Francisco, California.
This event will be both an informational session and a meet-up. IASC Executive Secretary, Allen Pope, will provide some information about IASC and its activities to the community, and the event will also convene the IASC Working Group members at the American Geophysical Union to meet with each other and the broader community.
More than a dozen IASC representatives have already RSVPed. Join the meeting to meet (new) colleagues and find out about information, such as IASC funding opportunities, Arctic Science Summit Week, the Arctic Science Ministerial, the Arctic Council, the IASC Fellows Program, and more.
