Researchers intending to submit proposals requiring ice drilling or ice
coring support to the National Science Foundation (NSF) 2013 Arctic
Research Opportunities (13-592) solicitation are reminded that they must
contact the Ice Drilling Program Office (IDPO)/Ice Drilling Design and
Operations (IDDO).
A Field Project Requirement Form is available on the IDPO/IDDO website
(http://www.icedrill.org/scientists/scientists.shtml), and must be
completed and submitted to IDPO/IDDO via email (icedrill [at] dartmouth.edu)
at least six weeks before the proposal deadline. Upon receipt of the
form, IDPO/IDDO will provide a cost estimate and a letter of support
that must be included with your proposal.
