Researchers planning to include the use of UNAVCO resources for geodetic
GPS, Terrestrial LiDAR, and power systems as part of proposals submitted
to the National Science Foundation (NSF) Arctic Research Proposal
Solicitation (NSF 10-597, deadline 18 October 2012) are reminded they
must include a UNAVCO letter of support with their proposal.

The completion of the UNAVCO support request form (available at: is required no later than Friday, 5 October
2012 and will form the basis for the required letter of support.

Available services include:

-A range of GPS equipment, including permanent, continuous,
campaign, and kinematic GPS systems;
-Ground-based LiDAR (Terrestrial Laser Scanning) instruments; and
-Remote instrumentation power systems hardware up to 5 watts continuous
