Hard copies of the Autumn 1996 issue were mailed bulk mail (snail mail)
in mid-October. If you have not received your copy, check out the on-line
version. The on-line version also allows you to subscribe to Witness the
Arctic if you are not now on our mailing list.
The next edition of Witness the Arctic is scheduled to be published in the
Spring of 1997. Submit ideas for the Spring 1997 newsletter by 1 February
1997, text by 1 March 1997.
