Dear Colleagues,
As I announced at our OPP All Hands meeting on Thursday, June 12, 1997, I
have accepted the position of Vice Provost for Research at USC and will be
leaving the Foundation, after more than four years of government service,
with a sense of accomplishment. The people and experiences here have been
extraordinary and yet I look forward to the new challenges and adventures
in academe with enthusiasm!
