The new web site address (URL) for the Bering Sea Impacts Study (BESIS) is:

The web site provides updates on the Workshop on the Impacts of Global
Change on the Western Arctic/Bering Sea Region, which was held 3-6 June
1997 at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. This workshop was part of the
arctic impacts studies conducted under the sponsorship of the International
Arctic Science Committee, and was also part of a series of regional
workshops sponsored by the US Global Change Research Program.
I welcome any comments as we continue to develop this site.
