Dear Colleague:

Since our recent (11 September 1997) ArcticInfo message announcing its
availability, the International Arctic Research Center (IARC) Science
Plan has moved to a new Internet address. The draft IARC science plan
is now available at: http://www.iarc.uaf.edu/. More information on
IARC and the current state of construction of the first facility,
Building I, can be found at: http://www.gi.alaska.edu/IARC/.
