This email is to remind you that a draft of the Barrow Research Support
Workshop report and recommendations is now available for broad community review. Comments from the arctic research community and residents of arctic communities are vital to the development of a thorough and balanced report. Please send review comments on the draft to ARCUS by Monday, 2 August 1999. The need for this report is urgent and the deadline stringent--we may not have the opportunity to include comments received after the 2 August deadline.
Announcement of the availability of the draft was posted on 13 July. Please see the ARCUS web site (http://www.arcus.org) for information on the review process and how to get the draft report. The draft report is available on the ARCUS web site at http://www.arcus.org/barrow/fr_barrow.html as a downloadable PDF file. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are experiencing problems with downloading. We will express mail a hard copy if necessary.
