Dear Colleagues,

The University of Wisconsin Geophysical and Polar Research Center (GPRC) has
in its possession a highly overdamped gravity meter (Lacoste and Romberg

g26) that was designed for measuring gravity on the Arctic Ocean sea ice.

It was used successfully in the 1960's, but we at the GPRC have no further
use for the instrument. Anyone interested in acquiring it should get in
