Deadline for ARCUS Award for Arctic Research Excellence

Dear Colleague:

Just a reminder that the deadline to send an email to ARCUS
(arcus [at] arcus.org) indicating an intent to submit a paper to the ARCUS Award
for Arctic Research Excellence is 10 November 1999. The deadline to submit
the actual paper to an ARCUS member institution representative is 10
December 1999.
