Introducing VECO Polar Resources (VPR)

Date:
11 January 2000

Dear Colleague,

VECO is very pleased to announce our selection as logistics support provider
to the National Science Foundation's Arctic Research Program.

VECO Corporation was founded in Alaska more than 30 years ago. Since its
creation, VECO has been involved in logistics, construction, and operations
services in the Arctic regions of Alaska, Canada, and Russia.

In order to supplement our strengths, we have enlisted the assistance of two
other firms with extensive experience and skills specific to the support of
polar research to join us in this effort. Polar Field Services (PFS) brings
a unified team with years of experience in logistical support of polar field
research. SRI International brings Greenlandic experience, information
technologies and scientific computing and communications expertise to the
team.

Our project team, called VECO Polar Resources (VPR), possesses over 90 years
of combined experience in providing logistics and research support services
in remote and polar environments. We look forward to using that experience
to provide excellent service to the Arctic researchers that we support.

VPR and how to get in touch with us.

Best Regards
