A faculty position is available for a Marine Fish Biologist at
the Juneau Center, School of Fisheries & Ocean Sciences, University
of Alaska.

This faculty position will be located at the Juneau Center in southeast
Alaska and is anticipated to begin Fall 2001. The successful candidate
will develop a program of research and teaching in marine fish biology
on the graduate level. Teaching will include an undergraduate,
senior-level course in ichthyology and graduate-level specialty courses.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in fisheries, marine biology or related
field. This is a bargaining unit position and is a 9-month/year
appointment with 12-months possible depending upon extramural grant
support.
