We arranged the room rates at 9,500 Yen (about USD80) at two 4-star
hotels.

The ISOPE-99 Brest (96 sessions from 45 countries) broke the all-time
record-breaking attendance at ISOPE-97 Honolulu (91 sessions), the
world's largest conference of its kind with refereed papers. After the
ISOPE-2001 Stavanger (from 49 countries) as large as ISOPE-99 Brest, the
ISOPE-2002 is again being organized by the International Society of
Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE) with 22 cooperating organizations
and societies and is being hosted by Japan.

Abstract Submissions (E-mail or fax) are due by: 10 October 2001

DEADLINES
Manuscript for Review (E-mail attachment) is due by: 30 December 2001
Final Manuscript is due by: 8 March 2002
