Association's support for promising minority graduate students in
anthropology and to demonstrate its commitment to the long-range goal of
increasing diversity in the discipline. The implications of the

disadvantaged populations, relevant service to the community and future
plans are of specific concern in the review process. Dissertation topics
in all areas of the discipline are welcome.
