Online registration for the 2009 Arctic Science Conference, "Impact of
Environment on Human Health: Interdisciplinary Science and Education,"
is now open at: https://www.signup4.net/Public/ap.aspx?EID=ARCT11E. The
2009 Arctic Science Conference is the annual meeting of the American
Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Arctic Division. The
meeting will be held 14-16 September 2009, in Juneau, Alaska.

The International Polar Year (IPY) offered an opportunity to investigate
the Arctic System and to establish international collaborations between
researchers, educators, and policy makers. In order to respond and adapt
to what has been learned, this conference provides an opportunity to
explore the outcomes of international collaborative science,
engineering, and education research resulting from IPY. The conference
will provide a good starting point for discussion on the impact of a
changing environment on health.

To register for the conference, please go to:
https://www.signup4.net/Public/ap.aspx?EID=ARCT11E.

Abstract submissions will be accepted through Saturday, 1 August 2009.
Abstracts must be submitted online at:
http://www.arcticaaas.org/meetings/2009/abstract.html.
