Current Research

The UAF geochronology laboratory. Acquisition of a high sensitivity 40Ar/39Ar dating system for the University of Alaska. Geochronology studies of Yakutia (Northeast Russia). Cooling history of the Okpilak batholith determined from 40Ar/39Ar K-Feldspar thermochronometry. 40Ar/39Ar dating of Eocene obsidian from the Batza Tena archaeological site, West-Central Alaska, and of the McKinley pluton, Denali National Park, Alaska.
