Dr. Dele Raheem is a Senior Researcher at the Northern Institute for Environmental and Minority Law (NIEM) / Arctic Centre, University of Lapland. Dele had his doctoral degree from the University of Helsinki, Finland. He has published in peer reviewed international journals in the field of food security, food processing, food microbiology, food packaging and other related topics. Dele’s current research interest at NIEM is on cross-cutting issues that are related to human food security especially in the Arctic-Barents region.
