For Presenters

Presentation Guidelines

Both oral and poster presentations should address a broad, transdisciplinary audience and the leading edges of problems and/or solutions for their theme. The National Science Foundation's Office of Polar Programs also has a long-standing interest in capacity-building, training, international cooperation, leveraging existing resources/infrastructure, enhancing polar field operations, and engaging local and Indigenous Arctic residents and holders of Traditional Knowledge. Presenters are encouraged to weave aspects of these interests into their presentations when appropriate.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

All oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length, held in plenary, and live-streamed. A video recording of all oral presentations will also be archived and made publicly available following the conference. All oral presenters must consent to both live and archived video to speak at the PTC.
