Science Social in Juneau

On April 18 and 19, 2012, a free Science Social will take place in Centennial Hall from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The social will have hands-on demonstrations and featured speakers, including Greg Walker, manager of the UA Unmanned Aircraft Program, Jason Amundson, an assistant professor of geophysics at UAS, and Jessica Garron, a senior science consultant with the Alaska Satellite Facility.

The Science for Alaska Lecture Series has partnered with Alaska BioPREP and the Alaska Coastal Rainforest Center to offer this event.
