Human Dimensions of the Arctic System (HARC) | Online Workshops 2001

Online Workshops 2001

A series of three online workshops focused on HARC research themes was held in fall 2001 and there may be future workshops as well. The online workshops served as an opportunity for researchers from different disciplines to interact and discuss human dimensions aspects of arctic research and were open to anyone who wishes to take part. They were designed to stimulate discussion among people–researchers, educators, arctic residents–who bridge the knowledge fields necessary to ask and answer questions about the affects of humans on the arctic system and impacts on humans of a changing arctic system.

Workshop reports are available for download in PDF format.

A poster session was part of the fall 2001 online workshop series.
