Conference Call: The Committee on the Marine Transportation System (CMTS) Meeting

The Committee on the Marine Transportation System (CMTS) will meet to receive comments or questions regarding their draft document, "U.S. Arctic Marine Transportation System: Overview and Priorities for Action."
