2008 AGU Community Meetings | Overview

San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge
Dates:

14–19 December 2008

Location:

San Francisco Marriott, Pacific Room A

Overview:

Meeting space for groups working on arctic research and science education planning activities were available for use by appointment during the Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union (AGU). This space was provided by the Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) to encourage scientific collaboration and to make face-to-face meetings of opportunity possible. Providing meeting space such as this was one aspect of the services ARCUS offered to the arctic research community to advance arctic research and education.

Scheduling priority was given to groups related to NSF-funded programs. The meetings can be viewed on the Meetings Schedule page.
