New ArcticInfo Submission Form Available

The Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) announces that a
submission form for the ArcticInfo mailing list is now available. This
new system was developed to help submitters create informative, concise
announcements that are easy for subscribers to read and quick for ARCUS
to post.
The form is specific to the three most common types of postings:
position openings, meeting/webinar announcements, and resources
(newsletters, websites, datasets, etc.). Announcements will still be
accepted by email (list @arcus.org), but we encourage submitters to use
the form whenever possible.
To assist with the process of compiling the requested information, we
have also created checklists based on the form. These can be downloaded
from the webpage (http://www.arcus.org/arctic-info/submission) as PDFs,
and will help guide users to the types of information that should be
included to create an effective announcement. The checklists can be
useful whether you are submitting your request through the form or via
email.
