On 13–15 June 2007, the ARCSS Committee Chair, Josh Schimel, attended the "Setting a Course for Antarctic Integrated and Systems Science (AISS)" workshop at the National Science Foundation in Arlington, VA to present information on the development of the Arctic System Science (ARCSS) Program.
