ARCTIC FORUM 2007 Water in the Arctic: International Collaborations and Understanding Environmental Change Focus questions: What are the changes being witnessed in the water cycle and how will these changes impact the physical, biological, and social environments of the Arctic? How does the science of water and the arctic environment relate to public policy, and how can information be translated to decision makers? How can we forge international collaborations during IPY and beyond to address these exciting scientific challenges and opportunities?
